I rented an apartment from Springs motel while on a work assignment the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my 6bweek stay. If every in the area again I will be staying at the Springs Motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone very nice and clean place.
Been here for over a month helping great plains communications with the new fiber build. Very clean and comfortable rooms, Carol is the best she will take good care of you. Would recommend if you are in the area
Customer service is second to none. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were there for a funeral. Much cleaner and cost less than chain motels. I even saw them taking all comforters off the beds and washing them which I know chain hotels only do every six months. Beds were also comfortable which is very important to us.
Very basic rooms but super clean. Good beds and pillows I love the soft fuzzy blanket. The owner and staff was super friendly. Even offered to help carry my luggage in.
Very nice staff great pricing and upgrades for long term. I'd still be there if I wasn't on a moving project.

Nicely updated hotel! Pleasantly surprised from what it used to be. Beds were very comfortable with soft comforters and fluffy pillows and very clean.
This is an adorable little hotel. Our room was tiny but extremely comfortable. There is a little food prep area on one end and a full kitchen in the other. It is decorated really well and they thought of everything- coffee and tea always available, etc. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and great pillows.
